Email Gateway:

SONICWALL

All incoming and outgoing mails are scanned through the mail gateway SONICWALL. Policy if user sends more than 200 mails per hour the mail id will be blocked as flood sender with no outgoing mails, user will be alerted before getting blocked for other domains. IITM user will receive junk mailbox summary every day.

Website Gateway:

WAF: Barracuda

A web application firewall (WAF) is a type of firewall that protects web applications and APIs by filtering, monitoring and blocking malicious web traffic and application-layer attacks — such as DDoS, SQL injection, cookie manipulation, cross-site scripting (XSS), cross-site forgery and file inclusion .All IITM sites are routed through this firewall.
