Mr. Ganesan began his career at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras on 16 July 1982 as a Helper Grade II, contributing to the institute’s operational and support functions. Through his hard work and dedication, he earned a promotion to Helper Grade I on 1 April 1993. His continued commitment and service excellence led to another promotion as Senior Helper on 16 July 2001.
